Attorney
Mark is a Wyoming native, born and raised in Evanston. He received his juris doctor from the University of Wyoming in 1982. He is currently the municipal judge for Evanston, Lyman, Mountain View and Diamondville. He has extensive experience in workers' compensation and civil matters. Mark enjoys spending time with his family and attending Wyoming Cowboys football!
Attorney
Tammy became an attorney in 2008, graduating with a juris doctor from University of Wyoming. She worked for many years as a child support attorney before becoming a Deputy County and Prosecuting Attorney. She has two grown daughters and enjoys spending time with her family any time she can.
Of Counsel
Ray was born at a very early age in Wyoming and raised in a lumber camp in the Big Horn Mountains. He attended BYU, University of Oklahoma, and University of Wyoming. Ray was a US Air Force pilot assigned to the German Air Force as instructor pilot. He was later a vice president and general counsel for an insurance company. Ray has served LDS missions in Germany, Africa, and the Dominican Republic. In his free time, he enjoys racquetball, tennis and mountain biking.
Legal Assistant
Emilee has lived in Evanston for over 20 years. She has four children ranging from 2 to 19. She attends Western Wyoming Community College, where she will receive an associate's degree in May of 2019. She has been employed at Harris Law for 4 years and is currently studying to sit for her paralegal certification.

Sue has been a legal assistant at Harris Law for 7 years. She has two grown children and 3 grandchildren.
